What this website does not do

There are no accounts and no sign-in on this website. The site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising trackers or behavioural analytics.

The Smart Triage symptom check

When you use the Smart Triage, the text you type (or dictate) is sent to our AI service provider solely to generate the guidance shown back to you. The HomeCure website does not save your symptom text and does not link it to your identity.

• Describe symptoms only — there is no need to include full names, national ID numbers, or other identifying details.
• The Smart Triage offers guidance, not a diagnosis, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. In an emergency, call 123.

WhatsApp and phone

Booking happens over WhatsApp or by phone. WhatsApp conversations are governed by WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy, and calls by your telecom provider. What you share with us there is used only to coordinate your visit and deliver care.

Hosting and technical logs

This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to operate the service.

Medical records from actual care

Reports and medical records from real visits are handled through our clinical procedures by our licensed medical team — not through this website.
